How to Use Microsoft Teams

Setup Instructions:

• Download the Microsoft Teams app for your device (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
• Alternatively, access Teams via browser at https://teams.microsoft.com.
• Sign in using your TCTC email address.
• Check Blackboard or your college email for meeting links from instructors.

Meeting Etiquette:

• Join meetings on time.
• Mute your microphone when not speaking.
• Use headphones to reduce background noise.
• Be respectful in chat and discussions.
• Use the 'Raise Hand' feature to ask questions.

Troubleshooting Tips:

• Can't hear the instructor? Check your audio settings or reconnect. Also check for any browser prompts requesting permissions to your devices.
• Camera or microphone not working? Restart Teams or check device permissions. Also check for any browser prompts requesting permissions to your devices.
• Disconnected from a meeting? Rejoin using the original link.
