TCTC supports two apps for accessing your mail, contacts and calendar from Exchange. Both have unique options. It is a matter of personal preference for which app to use.
Apple Mail App:
If the Apple Mail app is not already installed, you may download the app from the App Store. Download the Apple Mail App here.
To add TCTC email to your Apple Mail App, follow these steps:

You may be prompted for your password. This could imply several things. Your account may be locked out, or your password may be expired.
To check if your account is locked or expired, go to https://account.tctc.edu. This will allow you to update your password if necessary.
If your account does not have issues, the other option may be due an email system change. To correct this, you will need to remove your account from your phone then re-add it back.
Remove the Account from Apple Mail

Tap the email account you want to remove from your iPhone, then tap Sign Out or Delete Account.
