Purpose
This article covers how to update an expired password for both student and employee accounts.
Instructions
- In your web browser, type account.tctc.edu in the address bar at the top of the screen.
(Do not type www. prior to account.tctc.edu.)

- The below webpage will appear for laptop or desktop users:

If using a mobile device, such as a phone or tablet, the below page will appear instead:

- If you are using a mobile device, click the "Desktop Site" link. This link is located at the bottom-right corner of the page:

- Log in with your username. (Note: Your user name is the first part of your Tri-County email.)
- Log in with your expired password.
- After logging in, the site will immediately prompt you to create a new password. You cannot enter a previously used password.
- After successfully creating a new password, you will be able to login using your Tri-County credentials.
Common Issues
"This connection is not private" message
