Common Issues
Finding your T-Number and/or username
If you do not know your T-Number or your username, first check your Tri-County acceptance letter. If you are still unable to find your T-Number, please contact the Service Desk at (864) 646-1779.
"Expired password" error message
Ensure you are logging in to account.tctc.edu and not into another part of the Tri-County website (such as MyTCTC, Blackboard, or email).
The default password will only work on the account.tctc.edu page. Trying to use the default password on any other Tri-County page will result in an expired password message.
"This connection is not private" message
If you receive this error message when going to account.tctc.edu, please see the "Connection is not private" error message article.
